Move over, running with the bulls, there’s a new race in town. Have you heard of running with the cheese? It’s an age-old tradition that takes place every year at the near-vertical Coopers Hill near Gloucester, England.

Yes, you read that right. People run down a hill to capture an approximately 7-lb wheel of Double Gloucester cheese. And it’s not for the faint of heart.
