President Donald Trump unveiled a new limited-edition passport design to celebrate teh United States’ 250th anniversary. The front features a portrait of Trump standing over the Oval Office’s Resolute Desk wiht a stern expression, symbolizing a warning to entrants.The reverse side displays the famous painting of the Founding Fathers signing the Declaration of Independence, with “United States of America 250” inscribed at the bottom. Trump shared this design on Truth Social, humorously stating, “Welcome, but be good!” The passports, announced by the State Department in April, are set to be released shortly, coinciding with celebrations like the Washington, D.C. fair and other events marking America’s 250th year. In addition to the passport unveilings,Trump has been actively participating in festivities,including hosting a UFC fight at the White House and leading a rally on the National Mall. The celebrations aim to honor the nation’s history and heritage as the country approaches its 250th anniversary on July 4th.

The other side of the passport features the famous painting of the Founding Fathers signing the Declaration of Independence, with “United States of America 250” typed at the bottom of the page.
The new passport design came just over one week before the nation’s 250th anniversary on July 4.
The initial design included Trump’s portrait for his second inauguration last year and a similar mock-up of the Declaration of Independence painting. The State Department announced the limited-edition passports in late April.

The passports are slated for release soon, as the America 250 celebrations are already underway in Washington, D.C. The Great American State Fair started on Wednesday and will last 16 days, coinciding with the Fourth of July. In August, Freedom 250 will host a Grand Prix race in the nation’s capital.
Trump started the festivities by hosting a UFC fight at the White House earlier this month and headlining a campaign-like rally on the National Mall on Wednesday.
