TCU Wins the Fiesta Bowl. TCU also receives a trophy worth $2.5 Million.

#3 was a stunning display of dramatic style Texas Christian University upset #2 the University of Michigan by a score of 51 – 45 in the VRBO Fiesta Bowl.

The Horned Frogs will face the winner of #4 ranked Ohio State University vs #1 University of Georgia. But before that happens, the Cinderella story Football team will be home with a huge trophy that is more than a grown man, and worth $2.5 million.

Emily Ehman, Big 10 Network’s spokesperson, stated that the Fiesta Bowl Trophy is 285 pounds in weight and contains thousands upon thousands of diamonds.

Given the high-scoring nature of the game, it will go down in history as one the most bizarre games ever played. Michigan was within striking distance of losing the game by double digits but couldn’t win.

TCU’s quarterback Max Duggan made the right plays at key moments. The Horned Frog’s highflying offense scored the most points on Michigan out of any team this season.
