Wednesday’s shooting death of a second Republican New Jersey Councilman comes just one week after the first was killed outside her home.
Russell Heller of Milford, who is also a supervisor for a utility company’s utility company, was shot and killed by an ex-employee in a parking area outside his office. An unidentified gunman attacked Eunice Dwumfour’s home last Wednesday in a targeted attack that police described as targeting. Heller’s killer was later found dead from a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound.
