Nunavut RCMP Say an Officer After an assault that he allegedly committed while on duty, he is now facing three criminal charges.
Const. Luke Tomkinson is charged with assaulting with a weapon and pointing a gun, as well as making threats.
RCMP According to his testimony, he was working in Arctic Bay as a relief worker when the 2020 alleged attack occurred.
