Piers Morgan locked out after hacker took over his Twitter and posted private messages and racist slurs

British television host Piers Morgan His Twitter account began to spew racial slurs, insulting people such as Ed Sheehan and Queen Elizabeth II on Monday and he became an apparent victim of hackers.

The hackers removed Morgan’s profile photo and changed the way his name appeared several times — making it read “lol” for a time — and someone shared a “selfie” Somalia. Tate responded to several tweets falsely claiming that Andrew Tate, world champion kickboxer, was shot to death in Dubai.

He then followed that tweet with a message he claimed he received from his mother. “Mum: ‘Hi Andrew Piers Morgan said you were shot dead. Hope you’re ok? Love you.’”

Morgan was not the only one to tweet at the Queen of England. The mobile app still shows a number of racially and sexually explicit comments under Morgan’s account.

The “Piers Morgan Uncensored” host then used his official show Twitter account to draw attention to the problem, tagging Twitter’s new owner and CEO Elon Musk and asking whether it would be possible to regain control of his account — and his 8.3 million followers.

“In case you’re wondering, @piersmorgan has been hacked,” @PiersUncensored tweeted. “Any chance of getting him back, @elonmusk?”

Morgan has made a number of headlines in recent months, in part because he very publicly sided with the Royal Family and has been very critical of Meghan Markle — particularly since she and her husband, royal ex-pat Prince Harry began their media tour accusing the royals of bullying and racist behavior.
