MTG calls for impeachment inquiry following National Archives’ significant Biden admission.
GOP Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene Calls for Impeachment Inquiry into President Joe Biden
Republican Representative Majorie Taylor Greene from Georgia is demanding an impeachment inquiry be opened on President Joe Biden when the House of Representatives reconvenes in September. Greene expressed her outrage after it was revealed that the National Archives and Records Administration possesses 5,400 emails and other records of Biden using aliases in his communications.
Greene believes that using an alias on a government network should be illegal, stating, “I do not think you can hide your identity.” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer also sent a letter to the NARA requesting any documents or communications that include pseudonyms for Vice President Biden and individuals such as Hunter Biden, Eric Schwerin, and Devon Archer.
According to the New York Post, these pseudonyms were found in emails recovered from Hunter Biden’s laptop. One email sent to the alias “Robert L. Peters” in 2016 cc’d Hunter Biden about Ukraine and included an attachment with the vice president’s schedule, indicating his involvement with then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
“I don’t know how anybody will take us seriously if we can’t vote on impeachment inquiry,” she said about voters. “If you can’t vote for impeachment on Joe Biden, then how can you dare to even claim you’re willing to drain the swamp? You’re not!”

Greene argues that this latest revelation is further evidence that an impeachment inquiry must be initiated. She accuses President Biden of lying to the American people about his knowledge and involvement with his son and business partners, suggesting that he may be compromised as an elected office holder.
Greene emphasizes the importance of voting on an impeachment inquiry, stating, “If you can’t vote for impeachment on Joe Biden, then how can you dare to even claim you’re willing to drain the swamp?” She believes that Republicans who are still undecided on the matter indicate a crisis within the party.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy reportedly plans to launch an impeachment inquiry into Biden at the end of September. McCarthy believes that an impeachment inquiry is necessary to obtain answers to the questions that the American people deserve to know, as each step taken contradicts what the Bidens had previously stated.
One thing Biden openly admitted to is his role in getting Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired in 2016. Biden demanded Shokin’s dismissal while serving as Vice President, threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees if the prosecutor was not fired. This occurred while Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma, earning a significant salary.
Regarding Ukraine, a whistleblower came forward to the FBI in 2020, alleging that both Joe and Hunter Biden received a $5 million bribe from Burisma while Joe Biden was Vice President. Biden dismissed these allegations as “malarkey.”
It is clear that there is mounting evidence suggesting potential public corruption involving Joe Biden. Therefore, Representative Greene believes it is time to launch an impeachment inquiry into the President.
