Iran President Says Israel Has Crossed Red Line, Warns What’s Coming Will Involve ‘Everyone’
As Israeli forces ground deeper into Gaza on Sunday, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi took to social media to issue a foreboding message.
“Zionist regime’s crimes have crossed the red lines, which may force everyone to take action. Washington asks us to not do anything, but they keep giving widespread support to Israel,” Raisi said in a post on X.
Raisi referred to Iran-aligned groups opposed to both Israel and the United States as the “Axis of Resistance” and stated that the US had received a clear response on the battlefield.

In a statement from Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, Raisi criticized the US for supporting Israel in its war on Hamas, questioning their commitment to human rights.
“Americans who claim human rights, who equip and support this fake and anti-human regime with military equipment for crimes in Gaza, what answer do they have to their nation and the nations of the world for these actions?” the statement said.
Raisi emphasized that while Iran supports resistance groups, these groups are independent in their decision-making and actions.

>Raisi’s comments reflect the growing concern among Iran-aligned groups that oppose both Israel and the United States. These groups, known as the “Axis of Resistance,” are seen as a united front against what they perceive as Israeli aggression. Raisi’s statement implies that the US should not expect Iran to stand idly by while Israel continues its military campaign in Gaza.
>Iran’s Tasnim News Agency released a statement from Raisi, where he criticized the US for its support of Israel and questioned their commitment to human rights. Raisi pointed out the contradiction between the US championing human rights while providing military aid to a regime accused of committing crimes in Gaza. >While expressing its support for resistance groups, Iran emphasized that these groups operate independently and make their own decisions. This statement indicates that these attacks are part of a broader strategy to retaliate against perceived US aggression in the region.
>Raisi went on to claim that Israel’s ground troops in Gaza had been “defeated” and were retreating. However, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) disputed this claim, stating that their ground forces were actively engaged in combat against Hamas fighters in northern Gaza.
