Meanwhile, the other GOP candidates are trailing far behind Haley. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie managed to secure 13% of support, followed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis at 6%.
DeSantis, who has been actively campaigning in Iowa, received an endorsement from Governor Kim Reynolds (R-IA) in November.
Businessman Vivek Ramaswamy garnered 5% of support, while former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson lagged behind with only 1% of respondents backing him.
Interestingly, 12% of likely Republican voters polled by telephone remained undecided ahead of the New Hampshire Republican primary on January 23, 2024.
According to a RealClearPolitics average of polling conducted between December 4th and 18th, Trump still holds the majority of support within the party, with 64% favoring him. DeSantis follows at 12%, and Haley at 11%.
The survey, which had a margin of error of 4 percentage points, was conducted among 600 likely Republican primary voters in New Hampshire, including 361 Republicans and 239 undeclared voters or Independents.
