FLASHBACK: Democrats Once Accepted Election Results as ‘Stolen’

Engaging Discussion on Election Integrity

Hillary Clinton recently appeared on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow, engaging in a thought-provoking conversation about the impact of “bad actors” who continuously ⁢claim that “every election is stolen.” Both Clinton and Maddow emphasized how such claims‍ can deeply wound our democracy.

“I firmly believe that⁢ the truth holds immense importance,” Clinton passionately expressed during the interview.

Interestingly, this display of concern regarding the questioning of⁢ election outcomes represents a notable ⁢departure from ‌Clinton’s ‌previous statements ‌about Republican victories.

A Washington Free Beacon ‍analysis of historical records reveals ⁣a pattern where Clinton and other prominent Democrats have consistently questioned the legitimacy of⁢ significant Republican wins over ‌the past two decades.

“If the election had been fair, ⁤she would have emerged victorious,” Clinton asserted in 2018, referring to Democrat ‍Stacey Abrams’ loss to Republican Brian Kemp in the Georgia gubernatorial race.

Following her own defeat to Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election, Clinton repeatedly referred to him as an “illegitimate president.”

This trend of Democrats questioning election results‌ can be traced back to the 2000 presidential election, where Clinton, alongside Joe Biden and Terry McAuliffe, portrayed it as being stolen by the Supreme Court.
