The Los Angeles Dodgers organization is in hot water again for inviting a group of cross-dressers who call themselves the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence to a game. The Dodgers have already invited, dis-invited, and re-invited the group, causing a PR nightmare.

The Dodgers’ Flip-Flop on “Woke” Group Damages Brand with Conservatives and People of Faith

Baseball is a sport that attracts a lot of children, so it’s understandable that the Los Angeles Dodgers initially disinvited a degenerate group from their stadium. However, after a fierce outcry from the far left, the Dodgers caved and apologized. This flip-flopping didn’t go unnoticed and has irrevocably damaged the brand with conservatives and people of faith.

It’s worth noting that the Dodgers used star pitcher Clayton Kershaw, an avowed Christian, as a meat shield against Twitter hounds so that the team could announce “the relaunch of Christian Faith and Family Day at Dodger Stadium on July 30th.” Poor Kershaw never stood a chance and was ripped to shreds in the remarks, but no criticism was as biting as the one that conservative pundit Mike Cernovich had for Kershaw.

Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Even if you are the most committed atheist in the land, it’s hard to argue that children need to be anywhere near that sort of degenerate filth. The Dodgers’ flip-flopping on this issue has damaged their brand with conservatives and people of faith. It’s time for them to take action and show that they stand for something. The relaunch of Christian Faith and Family Day is a step in the right direction, but it’s actions that will speak louder than words.
