Shocking Incident at Office Leaves Staff Members Injured

A terrifying incident occurred at our office today, leaving two staff members injured. According to eyewitnesses, an intern was hit in the body while the office’s outreach director was hit in the back of the head. The situation was so dire that a staff member with a military background had to lead everyone to safety in an office.

Suspect’s Troubling Past Revealed

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the suspect, Xuan-Kha Tran Pham, had a troubling past. Court records from Fairfax County General District Court show that Pham was charged in 2022 after a scuffle with police. However, the charge was dropped after Pham completed six months of supervision and received treatment from mental health officials.
