One-day deadline for CVS lidocaine customers to file claim in class-action settlement.
Engaging Text:
Attention CVS Pharmacy Customers!
Don’t miss out on your chance to claim a piece of a $3.8 million settlement with CVS Pharmacy! If you’ve purchased any of their maximum-strength lidocaine patches, creams, roll-ons, or spray products in recent years, you have until Nov. 20 to file a claim.
A group of customers has alleged that the packaging of these products was deceptive, leading people to believe they provided a “maximum strength” of lidocaine. While CVS Pharmacy denies any wrongdoing, they have agreed to the settlement to resolve the matter.
There are two ways to submit a claim in the settlement. You can submit up to three claims without proof of purchase, each worth $4.50 per unit. Alternatively, you can submit a claim with proof of purchase for $4.50 per unit, with no limit on the number of claims you can make.
To be eligible for a piece of the settlement, you must have purchased the products between Dec. 11, 2017, and July 18, 2023. Remember, you need to submit a claim to receive your share.
The court has scheduled the final approval hearing for Dec. 19, where you’ll have the opportunity to speak up about the proposed settlement. For more information on how to file a claim, visit the court-authorized website.
But that’s not all! If you’re a Capital One customer affected by a recent hack, you also have a chance to claim a piece of another class-action settlement. Act fast, as the deadline for Capital One customers is Nov. 27.
Don’t miss out on what you’re entitled to. Take action now and secure your share of these settlements!
