Adam Carolla Says Gavin Newsom Is a “Sociopathic Buffoon”

Adam Carolla, a well-known podcaster and comedian, has strong words for California Governor Gavin Newsom amid rumors that he is laying the groundwork for a future presidential campaign, following a nationwide tour.

During an appearance on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Fox News, Carolla called Newsom a “sociopathic buffoon” and recounted a conversation he had with the Governor nine years ago on the issue of homelessness.

Carolla recalls Newsom stating that homelessness was his number one concern and when Carolla argued that the issue is primarily made up of drug addicts and those with mental disabilities, Newsom provided the example of a mother of three with a full-time job who was forced to live on the street due to her circumstances. Carolla criticized Newsom’s simplistic view of homelessness and argues that the situation in California has only gotten worse under his leadership.

Carolla expressed concern about the fact that Newsom continues to win elections despite his questionable judgment and character. He called Newsom a “carpet bagger,” an “idiot,” and suggested that he is bought and sold with “Brylcreem on his teeth.”

Carolla’s criticism of Newsom is not unique, as many Californians have expressed disappointment and frustration with his policies and leadership.
