Police discovered 11 illegal aliens at the residence where an 11-year-old girl was subjected to a gang rape.
Authorities have made a shocking arrest in connection to a horrifying pedophilic gang rape case involving an 11-year-old girl in a Minnesota town.
The Bemidji Police Department has announced that Oscar Ernesto Luna, a 22-year-old man from Texas, has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct by the Beltrami County Attorney’s Office. If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison.
In a major development, the police executed a search warrant at the house where the alleged sexual assault took place and discovered 12 other individuals. Shockingly, 11 of them were taken into custody by the U.S. Border Patrol for being in the country illegally. According to border agents, all of them are males aged between 18 and 56.
At this time, none of the individuals found at the house have been identified as suspects or victims of human trafficking. The police are currently investigating their possible involvement in the case.
According to border officials, two of the 12 individuals have already been released, while the remaining 10 have been transferred to the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

The horrific incident came to light on Sept. 23 when the Sanford Medical Center’s Emergency Department received a complaint of sexual assault involving a minor girl. Officer Tyler Schlattman was informed by a relative of the victim, identified as V.K., that the assault had taken place at a residence in Bemidji.
During the investigation, V.K. revealed that she had been accompanied by a 24-year-old woman named Verna Fairbanks, whom she referred to as “auntie.” V.K. stated that Ms. Fairbanks, who was intoxicated, forced her to enter a car, promising to take a separate ride with one of her friends.
Once inside the vehicle, V.K. was blindfolded by “Mexican guys” and taken to a house where she was tied up in a room with two other girls. Ms. Fairbanks forced her to consume alcohol and even tied a rope around her neck. V.K. was then subjected to a gang rape by “four Mexican men,” one of whom she identified as Mr. Luna, also known as “Panda.”
Mr. Luna has denied sexually assaulting V.K. but admitted to knowing Ms. Fairbanks. He provided a consensual DNA sample for testing. The police have not announced any charges against Ms. Fairbanks, but they have indicated that more charges may be forthcoming.
Mr. Luna had previously been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in July. He is currently being held at the Beltrami County Jail on charges of raping a minor.
V.K. underwent a physical examination, which revealed visible abrasions on her body, including her wrists, knees, and inner thigh. She also had burn marks from the rope around her neck. The examination further indicated injuries in her genital area, causing significant pain and discomfort.

V.K. managed to escape with the help of another girl who was also held captive. The police have confirmed the presence of one of the females described by V.K., but she is an adult and did not report being assaulted. The investigation is ongoing to determine if there may be a third victim.
