“Yellowstone” fans got huge news Wednesday when they finally learned that season 5 of the popular Paramount series will premier later this year, and found out that the new season will consist of a whole lot more episodes than the prior one.

That was the the good news. The bad news is that fans will have to wait until Sunday November 13 when the Duttons will be back on the air causing all kinds of trouble, along with the fact that the new season will have 14 episodes that will air in two parts when it comes out, reported Deadline.

The network’s very successful series has an all-star cast, which is led by Kevin Costner along with Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, and more. It focuses on the lives of the Dutton family, the owners of the largest ranch in Montana, who have to constantly fight for the right of their livelihood against an encroaching world that has no interest in protecting their ranching lifestyle.

The Western drama hit the network in 2018, and people like former “The View” co-host Meghan McCain said it’s because the show is anything but woke.

McCain wrote in an op-ed in January expressing why she believed “Yellowstone” was such a success. She speculated it was because it celebrated old-fashioned values and wasn’t “woke,” as previously reported by The Daily Wire.

“The show isn’t woke, it isn’t trying to lecture anyone about everything that is wrong with our culture,” McCain wrote in part. “It doesn’t portray the elitist perspective of coastal television writers and where they think America should be going.”

“What is critically celebrated in Hollywood and the media is more determined by the values and tastes of television writers, than the tastes of the masses,” she aded. “The dominant Hollywood, left media cohort should be asking: Why does something like this happen?”

“They enjoy entertainment with values that they share and characters that they can relate to – and if that’s something you’d rather ignore as a leftist in media, well, then maybe it’s you who is living in the bubble,” McCain concluded.
