‘Wow … OK’: Marjorie Taylor Greene Leaves ‘60 Minutes’ Host Speechless With Assessment Of Democrat Party

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) doubled down on her claims that the Democratic Party is “the party of pedophiles” during an interview with “60 Minutes” journalist Lesley Stahl. Stahl asked Greene why she had referred to the Democratic Party in that manner recently. Greene replied, “I would definitely say so. They support grooming children.” When Stahl asked why Greene was saying that, Greene stated that “Democrats support – even Joe Biden, the President himself, supports children being sexualized and having transgender surgeries.” She noted that sexualizing children is what pedophiles do to children.

Greene shared the video of the exchange and reaffirmed her position in a tweet, saying, “I’ll say it again: sexualizing children is what pedophiles do to children. You’re either fighting to stop it or you support it. There is no in between.”

Greene has been against gender transition for children and presented a bill titled Protect Children’s Innocence Act to prevent it. The bill will make it a felony to perform gender-affirming care on minors under the age of 18 and allow victims to sue for damages.

Following the interview, many liberals criticized “60 Minutes” host Lesley Stahl for not pushing back harder against Greene’s claims.

During Monday’s broadcast of ABC’s “The View,” host Sunny Hostin complained, “Where were the receipts?”
