Transgender Women Only App “Woman” Discrimination
“Female-only” App Giggle AI is used to screen trans-identified men. Somehow, probably due to hormone therapy, a biological man who calls himself Roxanne Tickle (so you know he’s a serious person) slipped through the dragnet, was found out, and removed.
As cultural conflicts that aren’t serious in the West seem to do, the issue was brought up before the courts.

A transgender Australian woman claims she was denied access to Giggle for Girls, a platform that is exclusively for females. She has filed a lawsuit against the social media site for discrimination.
Roxanne Tickle filed a federal lawsuit on 22 December claiming she was illegally prohibited from using Giggle in September 2021 by the company and its CEO, Sally “Sall” Grover said that she was a man.
The activist is seeking damages, a written apology, and full access to the platform.
Technically speaking, Giggle was absolutely correct. “discrimination.” Different characteristics are used by individuals and groups to discriminate every day. That’s how the world works. What’s the point of having a “women-only” club if it’s forced to open itself to non-women? Why is creating such a group inherently morally wrong, even if it’s discriminatory? The transgendered create their own social club “safe space” The corporate media cheers the bravery and exempts them from any norms. Why should it be okay for them just because they’re a “marginalized community”?

This was originally intended to address racial segregation within the Jim Crow South context. It seems that such lawsuits will be successful for transgender lobbyists in America (current lawsuit is in Australian federal Court).
This is not the legacy MLK Jr. intended? Forcing women to be with (probably mentally ill or both) men who are gender-confusing?
This whole drama is reminiscent to Riley Dennis, who was the original proponent of the argument that dating requires exclusionary preferences for genitals. “transphobic” His frustration with finding the right mate was a result of his failure to attract them. “transgender lesbian.”
