Woman Claiming To Be Missing Child Madeleine McCann Gets DNA Results

Julia Wendell, a 21-year-old Polish woman, gained social media followers after she claimed to be missing child Madeleine McCann due to similar birthmarks. Her spokeswoman, Dr. Fia Johansson, confirmed that she is not McCann after DNA testing. Wendell’s DNA results revealed that she is 100 percent Polish with negligible influence from Lithuania and Russia. Wendell’s parents released a statement denying her claims that she was McCann and that she stole her birth certificate and childhood photos.
