According to the White House, the website serves as a public dashboard that highlights investigations, criminal charges, funding suspensions, recoveries, and enforcement actions undertaken by the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud since its establishment earlier this year. President Donald Trump appointed Vice President JD Vance as chairman of the task force.

The administration said the task force has identified nearly $230 billion in suspected fraud, prevented $56 billion in fraudulent payments, and pursued more than $55 billion through indictments, settlements, and civil penalties.
The website lists dozens of enforcement actions dating back to February, including healthcare fraud prosecutions, Medicare and Medicaid enforcement, pandemic relief loan investigations, arrests tied to the Feeding Our Future fraud case, and suspensions of federal funding to providers and state programs accused of fraud or noncompliance.
Cracking down on fraud has become a political talking point and focus since the Feeding Our Future scandal exposed massive fraud in Minnesota’s federal food program.
In May, Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Dr. Mehmet Oz began an aggressive federal probe and 50-state audits into alleged Medicaid and Medicare fraud, targeting home healthcare, personal care services, and specific state programs — drawing praise for fiscal oversight and pushback from state officials.

Among the largest actions highlighted is the Justice Department’s healthcare fraud takedown in June, which involved 455 defendants accused of submitting more than $6.5 billion in false claims, as well as multiple investigations involving Medicaid providers in California, Minnesota, and Ohio.
The administration said the website will be updated as additional fraud investigations, prosecutions, and recoveries are announced.
