Haley and allies prioritize China amidst Trump’s spotlight.

A Super PAC Backing Nikki Haley Launches Ads Highlighting Her Stance Against China

A super PAC supporting former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign has unveiled two new ads in Iowa ⁢and New⁤ Hampshire, showcasing⁣ her strong position‌ against China. This messaging strategy marks a⁤ notable ⁣departure from former President‍ Donald Trump’s legal troubles, which have dominated the media.

The ads, released on⁣ Thursday as part of Stand For America Fund PAC’s⁢ $13 million ad ‍buy, will be broadcasted on ‌various platforms including television, cable, and digital ⁤streaming ‌services. One of the thirty-second ads,‌ titled “Rock Star,” ‍features Haley denouncing China and advocating for ‍a ⁢tough stance ⁢against Chinese ⁣influence. “The No. 1 threat we⁢ have is China,” she boldly declares.

“The‍ dictators, murderers, and thieves ‍at the U.N. didn’t‍ know what hit⁢ them,”⁢ she later⁤ adds. “We give money to China. When‍ I am president, we will no longer give money to countries that hate America.”

The second ad, called “Spine,” ⁤airs in Iowa and once again emphasizes Haley’s strong stance⁤ against China’s aggressive tactics. “We need to take China head-on,” she⁢ asserts. “We‌ will not allow China⁣ to purchase any American soil, ‍and‌ we will reclaim the U.S. soil ⁣they have already acquired.”

Both ads feature Fox News’s Greg Gutfeld praising Haley’s foreign policy expertise. “Haley shows‍ us what foreign policy looks like, with a spine,” Gutfeld commends, as a narrator declares Haley ⁤as the “surprise rockstar” of Trump’s administration.

The SFA ⁤Fund hopes that this ⁢strong ⁢anti-China stance will resonate with voters in the crucial early-nominating states of Iowa and New Hampshire.

“Haley is the only candidate in this⁣ race with a proven track record of standing up⁢ to tyrannical leadership at home ⁤and abroad. ‌She was⁢ the first to ‍take a strong stance on China, and she hasn’t wavered. While other candidates are a laughingstock to foreign enemies, Nikki Haley is a force to be reckoned with,” said ⁣Mark Harris, lead strategist of the Haley super PAC, in an interview‌ with the Iowa Torch.

Throughout her campaign, Haley has consistently criticized President Joe Biden’s foreign policy approach towards China. She believes that Biden’s measures to restrict U.S. investment in China’s technology sector⁢ are insufficient. “To stop funding⁤ China’s military, we have to halt ⁢all U.S. ⁢investment⁣ in China’s critical technology and military companies — period,” Haley asserts.

In a recent interview with radio ‌host Hugh Hewitt, Haley expressed concerns ⁢about⁤ Biden⁤ potentially leading the nation into a conflict with ‌China. She emphasized the need for‌ strength and clarity ⁤in dealing with China’s actions. “You⁤ don’t run scared from‌ China.⁤ You have to ‍be ‍strong. You have to make sure they know what we’re ⁤focused on,” she⁢ stated.

In a foreign policy speech ‍delivered‍ in June, Haley called for increased economic and military ‍measures to counter China’s growing influence. “As president, my top priority will be ⁣strengthening America’s economy and military. We will protect America’s prosperity ‌and ‌homeland from Chinese aggression,”⁣ she declared.

It is worth noting‍ that Haley has grown weary of the media’s focus on Trump’s legal ⁤issues. She believes that attention should be directed⁣ towards addressing the China threat, securing the border, and reversing Bidenomics.

“Unlike other candidates, I didn’t rush out with a statement yesterday on Trump’s indictment for one‍ simple ⁢reason — like ⁢most Americans, I’m tired of⁣ commenting on every Trump drama,” Haley expressed. “We should be focusing on how to stop China. We should be focusing‌ on how to‍ close the border. We need ⁣to be reversing Bidenomics,” she continued in⁢ an interview with the Good Morning New Hampshire with Jack Heath radio‍ show.

A Pew ⁢Research Center survey conducted in April revealed⁣ that 83%⁤ of U.S. adults hold a negative perception of China. Additionally, 90% of respondents considered China’s partnership ‍with Russia to be either a very ‍serious or somewhat serious problem for the United States.

However, it remains to ⁢be seen whether Haley can ⁢translate this anti-China sentiment into a successful campaign. Currently,⁢ she polls at 3.4% in the‍ RealClearPolitics polling ⁤average. The upcoming Republican National Committee primary debate may ⁢provide ‌Haley with an opportunity to gain momentum and make⁤ a breakthrough.
