During thier discussion, they plan to address the Russia-Ukraine conflict, with Zelensky reportedly bringing intelligence about Russia’s assistance to Iran. Trump is also expected to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu later that morning. In related news, Trump has made statements suggesting the possibility of a new US president in 2029 and has likened the Iran war to “playing a banjo.” Additionally,he is expected to tell Zelensky that it is indeed “time to end the war.” The meeting is set to commence at 9:30 a.m.
