Tune in live: Senate conducts impeachment trial for Alejandro Mayorkas
The Senate is holding its impeachment trial for Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas after he was impeached by the House of Representatives earlier this year.
The trial began Wednesday afternoon after the House impeachment managers delivered the articles of impeachment on Tuesday.

The trial in the Senate is expected to be brief as the Democratic-led chamber is not keen on entertaining the arguments from the GOP-led House impeachment of Mayorkas. Democrats in the Senate are expected to move to dismiss or table the two articles of impeachment.
