President Joe Biden will speak to the nation from Triangle, Virginia, to commemorate Earth Day at 2:15 p.m. 

Biden is expected to announce $7 billion in grant funding for solar power under the Inflation Reduction Act and new steps toward highlighting his administration’s Climate Corps — a program popular with youth climate groups. Biden launched a recruiting website for the Climate Corps on Monday.
