Following a spike in recent months, Biden and Trudeau announced earlier that they had come to an agreement to stop illegal refugees from entering the United States from Canada.

Biden’s first trip to Canada since taking office more than two years ago included sessions with Trudeau on a diplomatic level. While in the nation, Biden also spoke to the American Parliament, making him the seventh U.S. leader to do so.
