WATCH: Joe Biden’s Senior Moment of the Week (Vol. 37)

President Joe Biden had a senior moment this week during his speech in Minnesota when he addressed a person he believed was in the audience, but who wasn’t.

“Where are you, Jacob?” asked Biden. “He was here.”

As far as we know, the Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, is still alive, but it wouldn’t be the first time Biden has attempted to connect with the dead.

The 80-year-old President attempted to console the residents of Rolling Fork, Mississippi after their town was battered by tornadoes. It didn’t go well.

“The town of Rolling Stone will be back, and we’ll be with you every step of the way,” said Biden. “And I, whoa, did I. What did I say? I didn’t.”
