Buc-ee’s Takes a Stand Against Bud Light

Buc-ee’s, the Texas-based convenience store and travelers’ theme park, has made a bold move by stocking Bud Light, but not selling much of it. A viral tweet by political strategist Joey Mannarino showed shelves of unsold Bud Light at a Buc-ee’s in Georgia, while other brands appeared to be doing a brisk business. The Bud Light boycott, stemming from its partnership with transgender social media figure Dylan Mulvaney, is generating lots of commentary.

If wholesalers won’t take the beer back, Buc-ee’s may have to pour it down the drains of those impeccably clean bathrooms the chain is known for. Go woke, go broke.

Many are speaking out against the growing anti-traditionalist sentiment that is being forced upon society. Those who simply want to mind their own business and not have certain lifestyles pushed upon them are being labeled as hateful. But it’s not hatefulness, it’s reality as defined by nature and nature’s God.

Individuals involved in this must take the steps so many have: “repentance toward God and of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ” (Acts 20:21).

• Take steps towards repentance and faith in God.
