You Aren’t Angry Enough About What Covid Tyrants Took From You

The article expresses ongoing anger and disillusionment over the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic, six and a half years after it first emerged. It criticizes the narrative that the virus was caused by a spike protein virus, arguing rather that the pandemic was likely a lab leak, and blames bureaucrats and health officials for enforcing damaging lockdowns, mask mandates, social distancing, and vaccine mandates based on flawed or misleading science. The author highlights Dr. Anthony Fauci as a symbol of Covid misinformation and corruption, noting that he acted within a broader system of officials who used fear and authoritarian measures to control the population. Many restrictions-such as closures of churches, schools, funerals, weddings, and travel-were disproportionately applied, frequently enough exempting certain groups like violent protesters. The article also laments the mental health crisis, increased surveillance, and social fragmentation caused by these policies, criticizing the lack of accountability among leaders like Fauci and others who spread misinformation or lied to Congress. It concludes by warning that the ruling class seeks to erase the damage done and that the fight for truth and justice must continue to prevent a repeat of such oppressive measures in the future.

Six and a half years after the Covid-19 pandemic first made headlines, I’m still angry. And you should be too.

I’m angry because, unlike everything I was told in March of 2020, the culprit of the pandemic panic that seized the world was never a spiked protein virus. Although much fault lies with China and the Wuhan Institute of Virology for hiding the lab leak that likely caused the worldwide spread of sneezing, coughing, wheezing, and aches, history indicates the subjects of our ongoing ire should be the bureaucrats and health “experts” who pushed lockdowns, masks, “social distancing,” and jabs as solutions even when all evidence suggested they did more harm than good.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is the easiest target of righteous fury. He spent the entirety of those “unprecedented times” yapping on corporate media TV shows, building friendships with propagandists, and typing away in a digital diary linked to his government email.

While the former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director is undoubtedly the face of Covid corruption, it’s essential to remember that he did not act alone. Thousands of little tyrants abused their authority to inflict security theater on the people who funded their paychecks.

Their demands for compliance were vast. No in-person work. No school. No travel. No dining in (unless you’re a politician eating at French Laundry). No graduations. No standing less than six feet apart. No face-to-face interaction. No church. No weddings and no funerals. No Thanksgiving or Christmas or Easter.

Exceptions to this totalitarianism were made for violent Black Lives Matter rioters alone.

Americans’ mental health tanked and suicidal ideation skyrocketed. How could it not? The top-down fearmongering had duped entire generations into believing that wiping down their groceries after leaving them outside for days, wearing layers of fabric over their faces, and placing plexiglass at every desk and checkout would protect them from a virus that caused most a handful of flu-like symptoms. Many of those panicked people turned their attention to addictive social media and screens for the dopamine hit and relationship building they should ideally get from in-person interaction.

The sick and injured were forced to die alone. Americans who survived the lockdowns were subject to a rapidly expanded surveillance state and government, corporate media, and university-encouraged snitch culture. Forced jab mandates only added to their woes. The jobs that weren’t lost due to government-mandated shutdowns were yanked out from under anyone who failed to comply with aggressive and illegal Covid shot demands. Others have suffered the ongoing physical consequences of a rushed experimental vaccine.

Americans’ trust in institutions is shattered and our traditions and culture are permanently strained. There never was and never will be a “back to normal” because “back to normal” was never part of the design. White House Coronavirus Task Force coordinator Deborah Birx admitted as much about the beginning of lockdowns.

“We had to make these palatable to the administration by avoiding the obvious appearance of a full Italian lockdown,” Birx wrote in her book. “No sooner had we convinced the Trump administration to implement our version of a two-week shutdown than I was trying to figure out how to extend it.”

Six years later, none of the perpetrators of this Covid dystopia — including and especially Fauci, with his presidential pardon — have been held accountable for their actions. Others such as Birx and former National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins, a top spreader of Covid misinformation, don’t have protective and preemptive pardons, but are still receiving pension checks instead of punishment.

The ruling class, with the help of corporate media, wants to pretend the hell that Americans endured during the Covid years never happened. Any attempt at a postmortem is further hindered by people like Fauci, who have the audacity to lie to Congress or repeatedly plead the Fifth.

The Senate may or may not vote to hold Fauci in contempt this week. But we can’t and shouldn’t take the result of that vote as the end of the Covid chapter of our nation’s history. If anything, it should fuel our desire for truth and justice more than ever before. Fauci et al have made it clear — they aren’t sorry.

Never forget what they took from us in 2020 and beyond. Because if we do, they will lock us down, mask us, and publicly humiliate us on our own dime again and again and again and again.
