UFC CEO Dana White says Tuesday the fighting company will “definitely” have its first White House fight on July 4 next year, as part of a larger-scale celebration of the nation’s 250th anniversary.

President Donald Trump announced the fight on July 3 while attending an event in Des Moines, Iowa, with expectations of up to 25,000 spectators for the live match. White confirmed the match will happen on July 4 and spoke to Trump Monday night regarding the event.

“And I’m flying out there at the end of this month, and I’m going to sit down and walk him through all the plans and the renderings, and we’re going to start deciding what he wants and doesn’t want. But yeah, it’s definitely going to happen,” White said on CBS Mornings.

“Well, think about this, when you were just asking me at the beginning how I felt about where we are today: July 4, 250th birthday of the United States of America, live on CBS from the White House, so I’m pretty excited,” White said.

White also confirmed that Trump’s eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, is assisting in the preparation for this historic event. It’s currently unknown who will participate in this event, but White says, “everybody wants to be on this card.”

UFC ended its pay-per-view deal after reaching an agreement with Paramount and Skydance Corporation to receive the fighting company’s media rights. White said Tuesday there are “lots of disruptors” worldwide, and working with streaming services “absolutely makes sense.”
