Two protesters sue media personality Benny Johnson for ICE ride-along videos
Two protesters from Illinois are suing conservative media personality Benny Johnson and his company.They claim he falsely depicted them as violent criminals and “domestic terrorists” after a protest outside an ICE facility in October 2025. The plaintiffs, Kyle Frankovich and Maureen Foody, filed the lawsuit over videos and social media posts made by johnson following the October 3 protest at the Broadview ICE Processing Center. The lawsuit alleges Johnson falsely claimed he observed the protesters engaging in violence, committing crimes, and attacking law enforcement officers.

The suit alleged Johnson falsely claimed he saw the plaintiffs engage in violence, commit crimes, and attack or assault law enforcement.
