Tucker Carlson: Corporate Media Covering Up What Pentagon Docs Actually Reveal
Fox News host Tucker Carlson accused corporate media outlets of concealing the true revelations of leaked Pentagon documents regarding the US’s role in the Ukraine conflict. Carlson, a co-founder of the Daily Caller News Foundation, slammed the media’s lack of interest in the actual content of the documents, highlighting their focus on how the information was leaked and how it could be kept secret in the future. The FBI arrested a member of the Air National Guard, Jack Teixeira, on Thursday for posting classified documents, which included information on perceived weaknesses in Ukraine’s defenses and plans to rebuild the country’s armed forces, on various social media platforms. One document suggested that there were NATO special operations forces present in Ukraine, despite previous denials.
Carlson alleged that media outlets, such as The Washington Post and The New York Times, were colluding with US intelligence agencies to reveal the information and breach national security. He questioned how these media outlets had obtained the documents, given that they did not possess the required security clearance.
