Trump: Kids won’t join my 2024 team, too painful.

Trump Doesn’t Want Ivanka and Jared in His Potential Second Administration

Former President Donald Trump revealed in an interview with Fox News that he doesn’t want his daughter, Ivanka Trump, and her husband, Jared Kushner, to join his potential second administration. Trump expressed concern for his family, stating, “It’s too painful for the family.”

Trump emphasized the challenges his family has faced, particularly his son Eric, who has been subjected to numerous subpoenas. Ivanka, who had a successful clothing line, closed it down when Trump decided to run for president.

Trump Organization Under Investigation

The Trump family has been under scrutiny due to an ongoing investigation into the Trump Organization. The organization was fined $1.61 million in January, and two subsidiaries were convicted on multiple criminal charges. The Trump Organization denies any wrongdoing and plans to appeal the verdict.

In addition, Trump and three of his children are facing a civil lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James, alleging involvement in business fraud. A trial is scheduled for October, but there is a possibility of a delay.

Trump’s Innocence and 2024 Campaign

Trump maintains his innocence in the investigations and other cases, claiming to be the target of witch hunts. Despite these challenges, polls suggest he is a frontrunner for the Republican Party’s nomination in the 2024 presidential election.

Trump officially announced his candidacy in November. Ivanka Trump, however, stated that she doesn’t plan to be involved in her father’s 2024 campaign. She expressed her love and support for her father but prioritizes her young children and the private life they are creating as a family.

During Trump’s presidency, Ivanka served as an unpaid adviser, focusing on education and economic development for women. While she remains close to her father, she has no intention of returning to the political arena.
