Trump says Abdul el Sayed is ‘full of s***’

President Donald Trump devoted a healthy portion of his Wednesday speech in Las Vegas, Nevada, to attacking newly minted Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul el Sayed.
El Sayed emerged victorious Wednesday morning over Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI) in the Democratic primary. Trump has previously claimed that el Sayed “hates Jews,” and he repeated that line of attack Wednesday at the Red Rock Resort.

The president peppered his remarks with attack lines against alleged communist candidates, and he noted that el Sayed’s margin of victory was significantly tighter than polls suggested it would be.
“The polls were wrong again last night when they thought it would be a landslide victory for a hater of Jews and a hater of Israel. This guy hates Jews. Somebody said, ‘Oh, that’s a little strong.’ No, he hates Jews, and he hates Israel. Abdul el Sayed,” he said. “He doesn’t love Israel. He doesn’t love Jewish people. He hates them. He hates them with a passion that burns in his heart, and there’s not a fricking thing he can do about it.”
Trump continued to attack polls and the press and claimed that former Rep. Mike Rogers, the Republican nominee, would fare better against el Sayed than he would have against Stevens.
“We do better against the communists, according to every poll. The poll says we do better against the communists,” the president told the crowd. “So I think I’m happy. I put out a statement. Congratulations to the Republican Party. The communists want to take their ruinous and deadly ideology of misery and squalor to every state in America, but we’re not going to let them.”
And the president again went after el Sayed during the closing portion of his speech, propping him up as a symbol of the entire Democratic Party.
“When I watch Abdul, he’s full of s***,” he declared. “What they’re trying to do, in fact, they want to skip socialism. They want to go right down to the bottom of the barrel. That’s communism. They want it to be a communist country. We’re not letting them have it as a communist country, not even for a minute, not even for a minute.”
