Erica Herman has accused the 15-time major champ of sexual harassment and of locking her out of the home they shared.

Requiring her to sign the non-disclosure agreement while she worked for him constitutes sexual harassment, Herman, 38, claims in newly filed Florida court papers, according to Sports Illustrated.

She ran The Woods Jupiter in August 2017 when she and the golfer first started dating.

Herman, 38, is trying to legally nullify the agreement.

She and Woods, 47, dated five years and she previously lived with him in at his South Florida home.

“Mr. Woods was Ms. Herman’s boss,’’ Herman’s lawyer Benjamin Hobas wrote in the filing.

“…A boss imposing different work conditions on his employee because of their sexual relationship is sexual harassment.”

Hobas also alleged Woods’ breakup tactics were brutal.

Tiger Woods wants to resolve his legal dispute with ex-girlfriend Erica Herman quietly outside a public courtroom.GC Images He claims the golfing great tricked Herman into leave his home last year by telling her to pack her bags for a trip to the Bahamas, but when she arrived at the airport Woods’ lawyers told her she was locked out of the house, couldn’t see Woods again and asked her to sign another NDA.

She refused.

“Tiger Woods, the internationally renowned athlete and one of the most powerful figures in global sports, decided to pursue a sexual relationship with his employee, then – according to him – forced her to sign an NDA about it or else be fired from her job,” Hobas noted.

“And, when he became disgruntled with their sexual relationship, he tricked her into leaving her home, locked her out, took her cash, pets, and personal possessions, and tried to strong-arm her into signing a different NDA.”

Tiger Woods is accused to duping ex-girlfriend Erica Herman into thinking they were taking a trip to the Bahamas last year as part of an elaborate plan to lock her out of the house and break up through lawyers. Getty Images Herman filed a lawsuit in October against a trust for Woods’ residence that seeks $30 million in damages. It claims she was forced to leave his home despite an agreement with him to continue living there another five years, but the suit did not specifically accuse Woods of sexual misconduct.

Herman then filed legal papers against the trust in March alleging the NDA she signed should not be enforceable, but Woods slapped her with a counterclaim two days later seeking to be added as a defendant.
