Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) filed articles of impeachment against Secretary of War Pete Hegseth on Tuesday, accusing the secretary of abusing the power of his office by executing an “unlawful order to impose hostilities” against Iran.

Massie also said Hegseth, by continuing to employ personnel and resources from the War Department without congressional authorization, has demonstrated that he “will remain a threat to the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with the rule of law.”
