‘This Is Not An Admission’ About ‘Any Particular Laptop’: Hunter’s ‘Curious Countersuit’

Hunter Biden has filed a countersuit against John Paul Mac Isaac, a Delaware computer repairman who claimed to have repaired Hunter’s personal computer back in 2019. Mac Isaac is accused of illegally obtaining and distributing the president’s personal computer. “electronically stored data,” He was thus invading his privacy.

His attorneys insist that the legal proceeding should not be taken as proof of the fact that the “laptop from hell” It is true.

“This is not an admission by Mr. Biden that Mac Isaac (or others) in fact possessed any particular laptop containing electronically stored data belonging to Mr. Biden,” The first footnote of the 42-page countersuit was filed in Delaware. “Rather, Mr. Biden simply acknowledges that at some point, Mac Isaac obtained electronically stored data, some of which belonged to Mr. Biden.”

Oddly, even though Hunter and Hunter did not admit Hunter’s laptop existed they claimed that Mac Isaac violated the law by accessing Hunter’s data rather than taking proper security measures.

Mac Isaac claims Hunter left his laptop at Hunter’s house and never came back. Mac Isaac claims that Biden signed paperwork stating that any equipment left behind after 90 days would be transferred to Mac Isaac.

Hunter’s lawyer denies this and argues that Delaware state laws would overrule any such agreement. Additionally, they claim that Hunter’s attorney denies this and argues that Delaware state law would overrule such an agreement. “Repair Authorization Form” They won’t grant Mac Isaac access, however, to any personal data that is stored on a computer they don’t own.

“At no time did Mr. Biden grant Mac Isaac any permission to access, review, copy, or disseminate for his own purposes any electronically stored data that ever was created or received or maintained by Mr. Biden (regardless of how Mac Isaac came into possession of such material),” The countersuit claims. (emphasis added)

So how did Mac Isaac gain Hunter’s personal data then? His lawyers have no clue how. They don’t know which personal data they are talking to.

“In or before April 2019, Counterclaim Defendant Mac Isaac, by whatever means, came into possession of certain electronically stored data, at least some of which belonged to Counterclaim Plaintiff Biden,” His attorneys wrote. (emphasis added)

The Daily Wire audience now knows that conservative news outlets verified that Hunter’s laptop belonged to them. The New York Post was the first to report on this story, which led to them being censored by Twitter in 2020.

After the 2020 election, Biden was inaugurated. The story could cause less damage to Democratic Party. So legacy media outlets started looking into whether they still exist. Politico, The New York Times and The Washington Post all confirmed that Hunter was the one who stole it. Here’s Hunter’s response to the reporting:

Mr. Biden denies that any Politico story confirmed the validity of the New York Post exposé.

Mr. Biden denies that any New York Times story confirmed the validity of the New York Post exposé.

Mr. Biden denies that any Washington Post story confirmed the validity of the New York Post exposé.

We know Hunter requested that Mac Isaac’s dad’s Department of Justice investigate the story and any other related parties. Hunter seems to be not content with suing Mac Isaac and accusing him of conspiring with them. “political enemies of Joseph Biden,” This does not confirm nor demolish the existence of the laptop.

Jonathan Turley, attorney, said it best: “rather a curious countersuit.”
