Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) is not backing down from her support of a Republican bill aimed at protecting women’s sports, despite opposition from Democrats and leftist athletes. In an appearance on “This Week” Sunday, Mace shared her personal experience to illustrate the vulnerability of women to abuse from biological males and the unfair treatment of female athletes. “This is the Left’s new war on women,” Mace declared. “I don’t want to see biological men take away the achievements of women and girls.” Mace also pointed to real-life examples of underage girls being exposed to biological males in locker rooms and showers. “These things are happening to women and girls across the country,” she emphasized. Protecting women’s sports is not about keeping anyone from competing, Mace clarified, but about ensuring a level playing field and safeguarding the achievements of female athletes.
