‘The Kardashians’ Star Confirms She’s Expecting Via Surrogate With Ex-Boyfriend Who She Split With After Cheating Scandal
Khloé Kardashian has confirmed that she’s expecting via a surrogate with her ex-boyfriend, NBA star Tristan Thompson, who she split up with after another cheating scandal.
The 38-year-old reality star’s rep responded to reports that the former couple had connected with a surrogate to conceive a second child in November 2021 despite the two calling it quits a few months later after reports surfaced that the professional basketball player had fathered another child with another woman.
“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” the Kardashian’s representative told People magazine.
“Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing,” the rep added. “We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family.”

A source shared with the outlet that regardless of this news, “Khloé and Tristan are not back together and have not spoken since December outside of co-parenting matters.”
“The baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloé and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December,” the source added.
Khloé and Tristan had been dating off and on for several years, starting in 2016. In 2018, the two welcomed a daughter together who they named True. During Khloé’s first pregnancy, Thompson allegedly cheated on her with another woman, with the reality TV star finding out while she was nine months pregnant.
The news about the former couple expecting appears to shed some light on comments “The Kardashians” star made during the March 2021 premiere episode of the family’s final season of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” in which Khloé talked about the possibility of having a “high-risk” pregnancy if she was ever to get pregnant again.
During that chat, her sister, Kim Kardashian, talked to her about the idea of surrogacy, which Kim had experienced after welcoming two of her and ex-husband Kanye West’s children together via surrogate, People magazine noted.
