‘That’s All There Is To It’: Famed Biologist Confirms ‘There Are Two Sexes,’ Defends J.K. Rowling

Renowned British evolutionary biologist, Richard Dawkins, confirmed that his decades of study lead him to the conclusion that there are only two biological sexes. He also criticized activists within the LGBTQ community who are trying to erase sex and gender from language and defended author J.K. Rowling for her stance on the issue, calling her attackers “bullies.”

Dawkins spoke on Piers Morgan’s show “Uncensored,” pointing out that efforts to neutralize language tend to ignore the existence of biological factors. He noted that J.K. Rowling and Kathleen Stock have been bullied for their stance on biological sex and gender. He believes that the activist minority is driving this discourse and that their arguments are based on misinformation.

When asked what the solution might be, Dawkins replied that “science” is the answer. He maintained that biology only recognizes two sexes and that the notion of gender is a human concept that one could ignore. Previously, Dawkins tweeted on this issue and was stripped of a humanist award. Regardless, he stands by his opinion that ridicule is a reasonable response to the changes being demanded.
