Sen. Ted Cruz Slams Biden Administration Over Border Crisis

More than 83,000 illegal aliens crossed the border this week, the most in U.S. history, amid the ending of Title 42. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) spoke out against the Biden administration, stating that what is happening at the U.S.-Mexico border is intentional and a result of Biden’s policies.

A National Security Crisis Unfolding

Cruz told Fox News host Sean Hannity on Friday night that Biden was “AWOL” and not doing his job while the U.S. is seeing “a national security crisis unfolding on our southern border.”

• On Monday, the Border Patrol apprehended over 10,000 illegal immigrants.
• Yesterday, the Border Patrol apprehended over 10,000 illegal immigrants.

Those are both records, and Cruz says this is a full-on invasion and a crisis. The Biden administration is cheering it on, and they want more people to come in, regardless of the consequences.

Body Bags Piling Up

Cruz continued, “They don’t care about the women being sexually assaulted. They don’t care about the children being brutalized. They don’t care about the over 100,000 drug overdoses that we had last year, two-thirds of which was from Chinese fentanyl coming across the southern border. And I gotta tell you, my home state of Texas is paying the price. And in Texas, we are furious about it. We’re frustrated.”

The volume of illegal immigrants pouring into Texas is so massive that it defies words, according to Cruz. Democrat mayors are freaking out and declaring a crisis. The Democrat mayor of Chicago, the Democrat mayor of Washington, D.C., and the Democrat mayor of New York City have all declared it a crisis when they get even a few illegal immigrants. Meanwhile, over six and a half million have crossed under Joe Biden, and 50 showed up at Martha’s Vineyard, and the woke lefties there declared a full-on humanitarian crisis.

It’s time for the Biden administration to take action and address this crisis before it’s too late.
