According to a Chelsea place spokesperson, recipients will have this payment through debit cards that the city distributed to them in early March.

The second of three obligations that consumers will receive from this system is the one from April. The final payment is scheduled for May, and the first payment was made on March 15.

The receiver family size will determine how much money they receive from this payment. A household with one person will receive$ 200, a family with two people will get$ 300, and any household containing three people or more will be paid$ 400.

Candidates had to live in Chelsea and have a family income that was 30 % below the area median in order to be chosen for this program. That income level would be$ 29, 450 for a household of one, and$ 33, 650 for another household. For each other individual in a home, the income cap rises substantially.
