Johnson willingly supports Biden’s authoritarian regime

When Rep. Matt Gaetz,⁣ R-Fla., took‌ the ‌lead in ousting then-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy ⁤last year, conservatives were cautiously ⁤hopeful that his ‌successor,⁤ Louisiana’s Rep. Mike Johnson, would be a strong leader. With his self-professed biblical worldview and somewhat conservative voting record,⁤ many believed he would fight against Democrats’ extremism.

However, Johnson has proven them wrong.

Despite Democrats controlling the ‌White House and ⁣Senate, Republicans in the House have the power to stop President Biden’s destructive‌ policies. However, Johnson has repeatedly ⁢surrendered to Democrat demands and put⁣ conservative priorities on the‌ back burner.

His latest act of betrayal⁤ came ⁢when he passed a continuing resolution to fund the government without addressing the open border issue. More Democrats⁤ voted‍ in favor of the measure than Republicans, showing Johnson’s lack of leadership.

Prior to that, Johnson supported a‍ spending package that‍ increased federal spending and failed to address important Republican concerns. He also declined ‍to fight ⁤for⁣ conservative priorities in the National Defense Authorization Act.

It is ⁣clear ⁣that Johnson is not the⁢ conservative leader he claimed to be. His actions have disappointed GOP⁤ voters and conservative media.

Matt Gaetz: The‌ Man Without a Plan

While Gaetz’s attempt to remove McCarthy seemed promising, it became ⁢evident that he‌ had‍ no‍ solid plan ⁢to rally House Republicans around a more conservative successor. Gaetz endorsed Rep.⁤ Steve Scalise, who has a similar track record of ineffectiveness.

Gaetz’s gambit did not pay off,⁤ and Johnson’s ⁤speakership is worse than McCarthy’s. Johnson presented himself as a Bible-loving family man ready‌ to take on Democrats, but he has failed to address major political problems.

Unlike McCarthy, who faced skepticism from the‍ start, Johnson assumed the speaker’s ‍role with little scrutiny. However, he has proven to be just as ineffective.

The House GOP remains useless and ineffective, and no amount of gaslighting⁤ can change that.

What are the consequences of Johnson’s failure ⁢to hold the Biden administration accountable, particularly‌ regarding the border crisis and reckless spending, in ‌terms of the American people’s trust in conservative leadership

Hnson has failed to use that ⁣power effectively. Instead of standing strong against the ⁢radical agenda of the left, ⁢he has caved to their demands and gone ‌along with their destructive policies.

One of the most concerning aspects of⁤ Johnson’s leadership is his failure to stand up for conservative values and principles. He⁢ has consistently voted in favor of big government⁤ and wasteful ⁢spending,‍ aligning⁣ himself more ⁢with the ‌Democrats than with his‌ own ‌party. This is ⁣a betrayal of the conservative voters who elected him and expected him to fight for⁣ limited⁤ government and fiscal responsibility.

Furthermore, Johnson has shown a ⁤lack of leadership and initiative in advancing conservative policies. While other members of‌ the House Republican Caucus have introduced bold and innovative legislation, Johnson has been largely absent from these efforts. This is a missed opportunity to show the‍ American people that Republicans ⁤have a positive⁣ vision ⁤for the future and can offer real solutions to the problems facing our nation.

Perhaps most⁣ concerning is Johnson’s‌ failure to hold the⁤ Biden administration accountable. From the border crisis to⁢ the inflationary ⁢pressures created by reckless spending, there are countless issues that demand attention⁢ and action. Yet,‍ Johnson has been silent, failing to use his position as ⁢a member of⁢ the House Republican Leadership to put pressure on the administration and demand answers.

It is clear that Johnson is not the strong conservative leader that conservatives were hoping for. His‌ actions, or lack thereof, have shown ‌that he is more interested in maintaining the status quo and appeasing the left than in fighting for ⁢conservative principles and ⁢values. This is a disservice to the American people and to the⁤ Republican Party.

It is time for conservatives to demand better from their leaders. We need strong, principled conservatives who will stand up for our values and fight for limited government, fiscal responsibility, and the rights of ⁢the American people. Johnson has proven that he is ⁣not the leader we need. It is time for him ⁣to step aside‌ and ⁣make room for someone who will truly represent the conservative movement.
