The child’s mother is a Cuban woman who lives in Florida.

The children, who will have a U.S. card and was born in Miami, was given the name Ana Sandra Lequio Obregón in honor of her mother. Before bringing her back to Spain, where she will reside entirely with her mother, Obregón plans to register her at the Colonial embassy in Miami.
