The survey revealed that two-thirds of respondents believe the economy is in a bad state and has worsened over the past two years, contradicting Biden’s claims of improvement.

Under Trump’s presidency, 49 percent felt they were doing well, while under Biden, only a mere 23 percent share the same sentiment. Additionally, 53 percent believe that Democratic policies have directly harmed them, compared to 37 percent who felt the same about Trump’s policies.
Axelrod also criticized Biden’s campaign, stating that it has been highly distracted and is lagging behind in solidifying support among voters.
This is not the first time Axelrod has expressed concerns about Biden. In early November, he urged the party to decide whether they should replace Biden with another candidate.
