Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) has expressed concern over a recent report by Matt Walsh, which reveals that Fox Corp, the parent company of Fox News, promotes radical gender theory. Lee believes that this revelation could have a “devastating” impact on the news network, which he considers to be a valuable source of conservative content.
In a Twitter thread posted by Walsh, it was revealed that Fox Corp’s annual “Pride” month campaign includes recommending sexually explicit literature to Fox News employees. Additionally, the company has implemented artificial intelligence to monitor employees’ adherence to woke principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Lee expressed his concerns on Twitter, stating that Fox News, despite its valuable conservative content, risks alienating its loyal audience by promoting woke ideology. He believes that if the network turns its back on its current fan base and becomes like other mainstream news outlets, its most dedicated viewers will quickly seek alternative sources of news.
Walsh’s Twitter thread also revealed that Fox Corp is using AI technology to ensure compliance with woke principles. The company has implemented an AI platform called Eskalera, which tracks employees’ commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Employees were encouraged to sign up for Eskalera to engage in activities that deepen their understanding of identity and explore more nuanced concepts related to diversity and inclusion.
Earlier this year, The Daily Signal reported that Fox News employees are allowed to use bathrooms and dress in alignment with their gender identity. The company also uses trans activist language and has instructed producers not to criticize individuals like Dylan Mulvaney.
