Sen. McConnell Discharged From Hospital
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, (Republican-Ky.), was released from the hospital on March 13. His spokesperson stated in Make a statement.
“Leader McConnell’s concussion recovery is proceeding well and the leader was discharged from the hospital today,” David Popp, McConnell’s communications director, said so. “At the advice of his physician, the next step will be a period of physical therapy at an inpatient rehabilitation facility before he returns home.”
McConnell was Injured to the hospital Last week, after having fallen at an event in Washington
Popp also noted that McConnell is being treated for a minor fracture of the ribs.
This week, the Senate will be in session.
