Russian Businesses Offers Bounty for Destroyed Abrams Tanks

Fores, a Russian firm that produces Ceramic proppantsThe reward for first soldiers to capture and destroy an American Abrams or German Leopard 2 battle tanks was 5 million rubles (about $70,000). 

Last week, Washington DC and Berlin Promised Ukraine will receive main battle tanks. The announcements made Wednesday on Wednesday reversed months-long uncertainty and marked a significant milestone in the delivery Western firepower to Kyiv.

The US will send Ukraine 31 M1 Abrams tank tanks. This is enough to supply an entire tank battalion. Germany has pledged to send 14 Leopard 2 tank to Kyiv. This is a step that will allow a dozen other European countries to send their Leopard 2 tanks made in Germany to Ukraine. 

Last week, the United Kingdom stated that 14 Challenger 2 tanks would be delivered to Ukraine within two weeks. France, which has pledged its armored vehicles for Ukraine, is also considering sending some of its LeClerc main-tank tanks.
