A slew of conservative accounts came back to Twitter Monday, following news that Tesla founder Elon Musk has reached a deal to purchase the Left-wing site.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson tweeted simply, “We’re back.”

The host and author was suspended for agreeing that Dr. Rachel Levine, assistant secretary for health at the Department of Health and Human Services, is a biological man.

Fellow Fox News host Mark Levin came back to the site on Monday, too. “Thanks to new ownership, I’ve decided to come back!” he wrote.

Anti-lockdown group Truckers For Freedom, which was banned from Twitter, came back to the platform Monday as well, according to Fox Business.

“Friends, it is happening again like the last time,” the account tweeted. “We already have 1000 followers in one hour since we have rejoined twitter! Last time we had the same growth (but not from the first hour!!!) Follow us to support, Elon Musk is with us! #truckersforfreedom.”

Actor Michael Caine, who was a supporter of Brexit and has voted conservative, sparked some attention on Twitter, too, when he posted for the first time in months on Monday. The timing made Twitter users wonder if the actor came back to the site because of the Musk buyout, the Daily Mail reported.

On the flip side, race-hustler Shaun King appeared to delete his account from the platform. The move came following King claiming South African-born Musk was motived by “white power” in his quest to purchase Twitter.

“At its root, [Elon Musk] wanting to purchase Twitter is not about left vs right,” he wrote earlier in the day. “It’s about white power.”

“The man was raised in Apartheid by a white nationalist,” King continued. “He’s upset that Twitter won’t allow white nationalists to target/harass people. That’s his definition of free speech.”

“Elon Musk has openly called himself a ‘free speech absolutist’ and said that he wants to create a space where anything can be said about anyone,” the activist claimed. “That’s why white nationalists are giddy today. Here on Twitter and other platforms that I track daily. It’s dangerous.”

In other notable Twitter news, former President Donald Trump, who had his account permanently suspended in January 2021, said he will not return to the platform if his account is reinstated.

Instead, Trump said, he will use his own social media platform Truth Social.

“I am not going on Twitter, I am going to stay on Truth,” the former president told Fox News. “I hope Elon buys Twitter because he’ll make improvements to it and he is a good man, but I am going to be staying on Truth. The bottom line is, no, I am not going back to Twitter.”
