Roseanne Barr Returns to the Comedy Stage

Roseanne Barr performed her first comedy performance in nearly 20 years, with hilarious jokes about ‘woke’ culture that’s currently infecting every aspect of today’s society.

Barr’s new comedy special, titled Roseanne Barr: Cancel This!, debuts on Fox Nation on February 13.

Barr takes no prisoners, as you can see in the clips below, taking jabs at woke culture and gender pronouns.

Barr told the Los Angeles Times she was pushed out of the industry while others were welcomed back into the fold.

Her success initially came from stand-up before starring in the hit 90’s sitcom Roseanne.

The show was rebooted in 2018, but she was dropped from the series after she tweeted something reported as ‘racist.’

In clips from her new comedy special, Barr is free to do what she does best, being a comedian, as she pokes fun t pronouns, gender identity, and generational divides.

“These people, they have no concept of reality. They’ve been living in a bubble forever. Asking questions have nothing to do with the real world,” she said.

“What is my gender, mom? What is my gender?’ she joked, ‘Your gender is, get a job. That’s your gender,” she added.

“What are they thinking? Ask a – what is a woman? They don’t know that? That one they’re asking all the time. What is a woman? I’ll tell you what a woman is. A woman is me,” she says to a roaring audience.

“That’s what a woman is, okay? A woman is someone who cleans up everybody else’s shit. That’s what a woman is,” she said.

‘A woman is somebody whose boobs hang down to her knees with a prolapsed uterus from giving birth to five ungrateful little privileged bastards that have never had to work for anything in their whole damn life.’

“My pronouns are, kiss my a**,” she added.

Speaking to the Los Angeles Times, Barr spoke out against cancel culture and accused show business of having a double standard over the cancellation.

“They didn’t do it to anyone else in Hollywood, although they always [mention] Dave Chappelle and Louis C.K.,’ she said.

“Well, Louis C.K. did lose everything, but he committed an actual [offense]. And Dave Chappelle was protected by Netflix,” Rossanne continued.

“I’m the only person who’s lost everything, whose life’s work was stolen, stolen by people who I thought loved me. And there was silence. There was no one in Hollywood really defending me publicly,” she recalled.

Barr saw her career come to a halt in May 2018 when she compared White House advisor Valerie Jarrett, who is black, to a character from Planet of the Apes.

Barr was instantly vilified for the tweet, which she says was amplified by her support for Donald Trump.

She was fired from her show not long after the tweet.

“It was a witch-burning,” she told the LA Times. “They denied me the right to apologize.”

“Oh my God, they just hated me so badly. I had never known that they hated me like that. They hate me because I have talent because I have an opinion. Even though Roseanne became their No. 1 show, they’d rather not have a No. 1 show,” she said.

“When they killed my character off, that was a message to me – knowing that I’m mentally ill or have mental health issues – that they did want me to commit suicide,” she added.
