“It’s like, OK, we noticed masks didn’t work, particularly for children. We always knew they didn’t work for‌ kids,” Johnson stated, ⁣highlighting his skepticism towards the effectiveness of ⁣masks. He further criticized the mandates by pointing out that Morris Brown College in Atlanta has reinstated a mask mandate, while Rutgers University in New Jersey ‌enforces both a vaccine and mask mandate, despite the passage of almost four years since the first COVID-19 case emerged⁢ in China.

“While masks might‌ have some marginal impact, we can’t deny‍ that ⁣fact,” Johnson acknowledged. “N-95 masks can provide some marginal⁢ benefits, but we should not deny people‌ their freedom in the ⁢process.”

Johnson has‌ been a ‌vocal opponent of‌ the federal vaccine mandate and has advocated for individuals‍ who have experienced adverse effects from ‍COVID-19 vaccines. He ⁤believes that these positions played a significant‌ role in ‌his successful reelection‍ last year.

The Wisconsin senator has also called on the Biden ⁣administration ⁤to ⁣acknowledge the failure of its pandemic policies.

While Johnson commended the work of individual doctors, he expressed concern about the ⁤influence of the pharmaceutical industry on society as a whole.

“This is⁤ the capture of not only our federal health agencies but also media, both⁣ social media and mainstream media, by Big‍ Pharma,” he warned.
